Use case
An order status chatbot that answers “where is my order?” safely
Loopwix checks the customer is who they say they are, looks up the order in Shopify, gives a clear answer, and passes delivery problems to your team with the details attached.
Beta opens end of October 2026. Early access is invite-only.
Loopwix Agent
Online
- my order hasn't arrived, it was supposed to come yesterday
- Sorry about that. What's your order number?
- 5107
- I've sent a code to the email on order #5107. Please enter it here.
In short
An order status chatbot answers “where is my order?” by looking up the order for the customer. Loopwix first confirms the customer owns the order with a code sent to their email, then reads the status from Shopify, and passes late or damaged orders to your team as a ticket with the order details.

Why “where is my order?” is hard to automate
Privacy
Anyone can type an order number. Most bots either refuse or show too much.
Real data
An FAQ answer like “orders take 3–5 days” doesn't help someone whose parcel is late.
What happens next
When an order is late or wrong, the customer needs a person, not a loop.
How it works
| Feature | Customer | Loopwix |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | “Where's my order #4821?” | Recognises an order question |
| 2 | Receives a code by email | Sends a one-time code to the email on the order (or a magic link) |
| 3 | Enters the code | Marks the customer as verified for this chat only |
| 4 | Gets the answer | Looks up order #4821 in Shopify: status, items and the shipping and delivery details your store records |
| 5 | “It's late” or “something's missing” | Opens a ticket for your team with the order details and a summary |
| 6 | “Cancel it” | If you've allowed cancelling, asks for confirmation, then cancels; otherwise hands over |
A phone number or order number alone never unlocks order details. Only a code sent to the order's email does, and the check is enforced by Loopwix's servers, not by the AI's judgement.

Made-up order numbers. The second request is refused: only orders linked to the verified email can be shared.
- Answers show where they came from.
- Nothing changes until the customer confirms.
- A person takes over when it should.

Safety
Rules that keep it safe
Order details only after email verification, for that chat only
Nobody sees another customer's order, even by guessing numbers
Changes only with the customer's confirmation, and only those you've switched on
No refunds, credits or delivery promises it can't keep
Every lookup and change is recorded in your audit log

Not limited to a list of integrations.
If a system has an API or an MCP server, your Loopwix agent can read it and act on it, inside permissions you approve. Your booking tool, CRM, order system, helpdesk or in-house software: connect as many as your business needs.
Named connectors
Shopify, Stripe, Calendly, Gmail, Slack and Google Sheets, ready to connect.
Any REST API
Point Loopwix at any HTTP API with its address and authentication, and approve each endpoint it may use.
Any MCP server
Connect a Model Context Protocol server by URL. Loopwix finds its tools, then tests and approves them like any other source.
Shopify is the main named connector, but not the only way in. Any store platform or order system with an API or an MCP server connects the same way, with the same email verification.

Frequently asked questions
What is WISMO?
“Where is my order?”, the most common question in e-commerce support. An order status chatbot answers it automatically.
How does the chatbot know it's the real customer?
It sends a one-time code to the email on the order. Only after the customer enters it are order details shown.
Which store platforms are supported?
Shopify, plus any other platform or order system that has an API or an MCP server.
Can it cancel orders?
Only if you switch that on, and only after the customer confirms.
What happens if the order is late or damaged?
It opens a ticket for your team with the order details, and tells the customer when you'll reply.
Can it change a delivery address?
Not at launch. Address changes go to your team.
Does it work on Instagram and WhatsApp?
Yes, with the same email verification.
