Yes, when it stays inside what the provider has published. Loopwix answers questions about services, prices, hours and insurance from your own website and documents, shows the source, and passes anything clinical to your staff instead of guessing.
Will it give medical advice?
No. Questions about symptoms, diagnosis or treatment always go to your team, and when a patient describes an emergency the assistant gives your urgent-care message first. This is switched on by default in the healthcare template.
How is patient information protected?
Appointment details appear only after the patient confirms their identity with a code sent to their email. Each provider's data stays in its own workspace, and you can export or delete it on request. Check your local health-data rules first.
Can patients book and reschedule by chat?
Yes. Loopwix offers real free slots from your calendar or booking system and books after the patient confirms. Changes and cancellations need the same identity check.
Does it work for dental and physiotherapy practices?
