Loopwix is an AI startup founded in 2025 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We provide AI solutions to businesses around the world.
Our team is made up of AI engineers with more than five years each in the AI landscape. We have watched the field move from research to production, and we know the gap between an impressive demo and something a business can rely on.
That gap is what we work on: AI that solves real problems, is honest about what it can do, and stays under the control of the people who use it.
Vision
To become the unified AI layer between every business and its customers.
A customer should not need separate portals, hold queues or help-centre searches. They should talk to one intelligent interface that knows the business, uses live information and completes the task.
Mission
To reduce the friction between customers and businesses with AI that works.
We give businesses an AI assistant that understands their knowledge, connects to their live data and performs customer-facing actions, without requiring custom AI development.
We start from what businesses and their customers struggle with every day, not from what is fashionable in AI.
AI proposes, policy authorizes, execution enforces. Safety is built into how our systems work, not added afterwards.
We say what our AI can and cannot do, label what is not ready, and never claim certifications we don't hold.
People decide what the AI may see and do. It hands over to a person whenever it should.
