Most website chatbots stop at documents. They search PDFs and FAQs and cannot see your live business. Loopwix is built for four kinds of questions in one assistant. Knowledge answers from what you publish: site content, PDFs, and FAQs (for example return policy or shipping times). Sources read live systems at ask time, such as Shopify, Stripe, Calendly, or any REST API, so stock, orders, and bookings reflect what is true right now. Customer-specific questions (where is my order?) run only after identity verification, so the assistant scopes answers to that person. Workflows and actions go further: book, cancel, or update records in the conversation, not just explain how. You control what it can read and do through permissions. A chatbot replies from files; Loopwix combines knowledge, live data, verified customers, and real work.

Loopwix learns from your website content, PDFs and FAQs, and reads live systems through named connectors (Shopify, Stripe, Calendly, Gmail, Slack and Google Sheets), any REST API, and any MCP server. It is not limited to a list: if a system has an API or an MCP server, your agent can use it, inside permissions you approve. Customers reach it on your website and on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and email.

Yes. From your workspace you control how the assistant looks and sounds without code: display name and subtitle, welcome message, conversation starter chips, tone (professional, friendly, or concise), and colors for the header, bubbles, and launcher. Add your logo or avatar, adjust corner radius, and choose how it appears: floating widget, iframe, inline help page, React component, or your own UI via the REST API. The same assistant and permissions apply everywhere; only the surface changes to fit your site.

The assistant replies in the language your customer uses. You set a default language preference in the workspace, and the AI matches the visitor when it can. Knowledge can include multilingual documents and FAQs; if a source is only available in one language, the assistant still answers in the customer's language and can note where the source came from. This covers global storefronts, clinics, and SaaS products without maintaining separate bots per locale.

Every capability is a permission you switch on or off. Customer-specific data requires identity verification (email code, magic link, or signed sign-in from your site). High-risk actions can require confirmation or staff approval. Every action is logged with a permanent audit trail so you can review what happened and when.

Loopwix is built privacy-first for businesses that handle customer data under GDPR, CCPA, and similar rules. Each workspace is isolated: your knowledge, connection credentials, and conversations stay scoped to your account and are not used to train shared models. Integration credentials are encrypted; the assistant only calls systems and endpoints you explicitly allow. Before sharing order history, billing details, or other personal data, the customer is verified (one-time code, magic link, or signed sign-in from your site). Conversation history can be retained for a configurable period (default 90 days) and deleted on schedule to support data-minimization requirements. Permissions and audit logs give you control and traceability over what the AI read or changed. For EU customers, regional hosting and enterprise features such as SSO and extended compliance tooling are on the roadmap.
